Interview experience was extremely unprofessional. A few hours before my interview, the CFO asked to reschedule because he forgot it was a company holiday—despite the fact that he could have taken the call anyway. On the rescheduled day, he joined late with no notice or apology and kept his camera off for the entire interview while mine was on. The interaction showed a clear lack of regard for someone else’s time. The entitlement and arrogance were concerning, and this is not someone I’d want to work for, and it left a very negative impression of the company.
