First interview was an HR screening. Second was with the direct hiring manager. Third was the Dept VP. All interviews were 1 on 1. Got decline email by automated email.

The interview process took a few months with constant follow ups on my part. I applied in November and got the offer in February. Waiting for a repsonse or offer should not take this long and there needs to be more transparency for applicants when waiting on an outcome.
