The interview process was very transparent and clearly defined. Wonderful people work at this great establishment! The 4-week long process included three components per week. A pre-screen phone interview, then an example assignment, and lastly an in-person interview. There was an additional 4th week of waiting for "the call" that never came. I found out they went with another candidate after I followed up via email. Overall, it was a good experience and I'm happy I met some interesting cultural arts leaders in St. Louis during the process.
