Reached out to an alumni who passed me on to other bankers Analyst-VP level. Had a 30 minute first round. Standard tell me about yourself followed by 25 minutes of banking technicals. The final round consisted of3 interviews: 2MDs 1VP. The VP grilled me on technicals to the point of failure.
The interview process consisted of a phone screen, a first round interview, and finally a superday. This was all conducted via zoom and the process was relatively quick. It was roughly two weeks from start to finish.

While the content remained standard for investment banking—focusing on typical technical and behavioural questions—the overall length was disappointing. I found the timeline unnecessarily long compared to other firms, which impacted my overall candidate experience.

Interviewed with SVP, 2 VPs, Associate, and analyst over 1 week and received offer within 3 weeks. Technical questions were industry specific and behavioral ones focused on capacity to work long hours and desire to work at Jefferies in the specific group.
