I applied online. I interviewed at Jensen Audio Visual in Mar 2023
Interview
IT IS A SCAM They first send you a questionnaire to fill out, and immediately after you send it they tell you you're hired. They send an offer letter and ask for ID. It felt weird at this point but I decided to see how deep the rabbit hole went. They then send a check for you to buy equipment, which is clearly photoshopped, and after they become REALLY persistent for you to hurry up and deposit the check in your personal account. They insist that W4 and I9 will come after the onboarding and that FIRST, you need to deposit the check to get your equipment and because you are delayed you will have to pay out of pocket for shipping. At this point, I decided to stop replying and they kept insisting to hurry up. After a couple of hours, they told me my process was canceled.

Interview
Received a questionnaire during the interview process, and after submitting, I was offered the job right away. The boarding process didn't seem difficult, and I thought the process was straight-forward and straight to the point.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jensen Audio Visual (Koreatown, Los Angeles) in Mar 2023
Interview
Contacted via email. Said that they discovered my resume on LinkedIn. Never talked with an actual person. Was offered the job after I filled out an interview questionnaire. It's a scam.
