The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jerry (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Interview process was two-step, one with a recruiter, then one with the recruiting manager. I did not make it to the second round, but it is all done remotely through video call. She asked about my prior experiences in both my education and previous job roles and why they would benefit this role. It felt more casual than formal, and she actually stated at the end of the interview that I would be recommended to the hiring manager for a second interview, but then a few days later I received a rejection email so not sure what had changed in those few days. Interview was relatively easy and casual, but maybe the next step interview conducted was more formal.

Interview
It's a two stage interview process, both video calls with a direct manager and team VP. Situational and experience related questions. They're looking for sharp individuals to join the team, and want to see that you're a stand-out candidate as well as a team fit.

Question 1
What is one marketing campaign that you've seen that stood out to you?
How do you manage workload stress?
Horrible experience. Interviewed for three rounds and even did a presentation. We were on to the background/reference check stage until the hiring manager added me ON SOCIAL MEDIA to discuss if I would like to work as an unpaid intern because there are "other competitive candidates". If you want to hire someone else, go ahead but don't exploit new grads and ask them to provide free labor. I was ghosted when asked for an update. JUST TELL THE CANDIDATE THAT THEY ARE REJECTED. Oh, and one of the hiring managers even crossed the line by asking where my parents are from and doubted my ability to work because I went to a "privileged highschool". WOW.
