Interview
First two interviews went smoothly. The first one, with HR, was as expected. The second interview was done by a senior analyst. This interview went smoothly but was completely inefficient in the process since she was very unknowledgeable about the internship. The third interview was poorly executed by two ignorant analyst managers. They were completely unaware of the interview process, and they kept having side conversations. Unprofessional, with ignorant comments. I still have no heard back from yet. If I do get an offer Ill decline.

Upon receiving interview notification, I had one phone interview with a recruiter and then a junior level employee from the product team. Mostly general behavior questions for the two rounds.

Interview
Phone call with recruiter, phone call with manager, math test, on site interview 4x30 minutes. Overall, the team did a great job explaining the qualities of the company and job. I was comfortable making a decision at the end of the process
