Jet black interview questions

2 phone interviews followed by an in-person interview by 4 different people, not simultaneously. Everyone I spoke to was interesting and pleasant, and took their time to have quite a long conversation. They were department heads from around the company, not just in the department I was applying for.

The recruiter was very pleasant and encouraging, however slightly disorganized because the phone call with the hiring manager started off on the wrong foot due to conflicting instructions to both parties. The hiring manager gave a bad first impression - cold and distant, abrupt questions, inability to maintain a natural conversation. After the call ended, I decided that I did not want to work for the hiring manager because I got a sense that this was someone who was aloof, hands-off, and would not be a good mentor.
