Slightly strange, they had us do a questionaire back and forth with a chat bot, and then sent us a review of what the ai thought about us and how we contribute to the workplace, 4 days later recieved an offer to do an online assessment which is just the basic math and iq test stuff, but also had a bunch of which describes you best questions. Pretty straightforward
