Question 1
My experince in the field, where I have been before.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jetta Operating Company
Interview
Phone interview with HR before in office interview. Multiple individuals had one-on-one interviews. Individuals were fed interview questions it seemed and some individuals were awkward during the interview process. HR individuals came in at the end, which was not on the schedule or mentioned when setting up the interview. This extended the interview an hour beyond the scheduled block. Super conservative benefits: 4% salary max for 401k, no 401k match, only allowed to see 401k performance once per year, not able to control how 401k is invested, infrequent raises that are lower than cost of living adjustments, very low bonus potential, mediocre medical, no vision. The company is clearly looking to pay as little as they can on nearly every front.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jetta Operating Company (Fort Worth, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
I went in to interview and an executive in HR joined me in a conference room. It was a typical interview process and questions. It was very odd because when my shirt fell a little low, I was told that the assistants have a meeting every Monday to discuss issues and who was showing cleavage that week.
