Interview
Very easy interview process. Humor is important, but leaving a good, professional impression is equally as important. Attached to my resume and application I put an image "Hypno Toad" demanding they hire me. In the interview, this was the first thing my employer mentioned. She said, "I knew immediately you were a good match for Jimmy Johns." From then I explained my customer service experience and my eagerness to drive and meet new people. I was hired on the spot after one interview and celebrated with a Burger King burger across the street. Very easy interview, just try and have fun with it.

Question 1
Sandwich Test: Had to learn all the sandwiches on the menu and how to make them by the time the first shift came around. I printed out a sheet from online, but it takes a bit. They give you a free sandwich if you pass the test.

Give me the name of all of the Jimmy Johns' sandwiches and the names of the streets in the general area. Recite it from memory. Tell me the ingredients of the sandwiches.
one of the best places to work at and it involved many skills for me to use such as leadership, initiative, team work, communicating and doing what I do best.
