I had two friends that worked at Jimmy John's and they talked to the GM before I applied. As soon as I sat down to interview with him, he told me that two of his best employees recommended me, so I was basically hired right away. The interview was just a formality.

What was one time where you provided superior customer service?
Quick and easy. I was asked availability. I was hired almost immediately. The store at the time was very in need though. Having stayed here and doing interviews myself, the process is incredibly easy.

Interview
Nice and smooth very quick simple questions. Very interested in what I had to say. Nice gm and staff at the shop. I would work here again. Very honest about the job that I had to do.
I was asked when I was available and we compared that to what hours are currently available. I was asked about my past work experiences. We discussed what the pay would be and how many hours I was looking for.
