Very laid back, ask a lot of questions. Very customer orientated. Wanting to provide world class service in every possible situation. The interview was in the back of the store which was pretty weird.

What are you inspiring to be in life and how will you get there?
very simple enjoyed the process, the hiring manger made me feel comfortable. the questions were relatable, and the manager offered lunch after the questions were asked. I feel like the process could do a little bit better on asking tougher questions. but I understand that for my position there has to be a range.
