After having gone through a lot of effort during the application process I didn't get an offer
The process was exhausting but challenging and fun, and since you are assigned an assistant for the process you are always informed and accompanied.
What was especially not attractive for me, was the interview. My interview was slightly too cheerful and her interactions didn't seem authentic which generated in me stress, exhaustion, and a lack of connection. I assume the reason why they have this attitude is that the same video they record while doing the interview, is the one they show to their different clients in order to get you hired, and they expect you to have a truly cheerful aptitude.

La entrevista fue facil pero todo el proceso es muy largo y tedioso. Complete todo el proceso y al final tuve una entrevista con cliente pero el reclutador no dio seguimiento

Interview
Several stages and they can go quiet for a while and expect you ready for the next interview in a short space of time. Other than that they are supportive and offer a relaxed atmosphere.
