Stating from HR phone call.
Then scheduled a discovery Interview. After, you will get a home assignment. The final part is to review and discuss the home assignment and doing screen sharing for SQL coding.

Interview
Talent acquisition are great and supportive. But hiring managers aren't very friendly. One of them was frowning the whole time and just asking questions with expected replies and not engaging in conversations. The other one was too specific in their questions without trying to evaluate the broader skillset with the interviewee.
