I was brought onsite after a short phone screen. Two one-on-one 45 min interviews. The HR was very friendly but my interviewers did not even look at my resume or my qualification before interview me at all. I think they should at least take a 2-min look at the resume before bring me to on-site and talk to me. So rather random questions were asked.

I interacted with a member of the Talent Acquisition team on LinkedIn before having an informal phone interview. Although I was not actively seeking employment, we discussed my career goals and decided it best for me to proceed with the interview process. The next stage involved me coming into the office to meet with management and also having a long discussion with the CEO. The team seemed very adaptable, driven, and passionate about their work. Moreover, they showed a level of individual care and emphasis on results that I valued. They offered me the opportunity to try their data exercise, as this seemed like a great fit for me. This final part of the process involved data analysis and a presentation in front of a management team. This was the most difficult and also the most enjoyable part of the process. The process from initial discussion to hiring took a little over a month for me, but that long duration was largely due to personal reasons that required me to elongate the process. Lucky for me, the company was incredibly responsive and understanding of my unique situation. It seems as if the process could also take less than two weeks, and I knew about their decisions to advance me to the next round (or hiring decision) within 24 hours of each stage. Overall, the interview process was the most enjoyable one that I have been a part of in my short career thus far. I really enjoyed meeting the friendly yet demanding team, and I am really appreciative of the flexibility they showed that made me feel valued. They were incredibly transparent.
