I applied online. I interviewed at Jobs for the Future in Feb 2022
Interview
I had a screening interview and then formal interview. This was filled targeted questions about my experience managing programs and specific examples. I did not make it to the next phase.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jobs for the Future in Apr 2022
Interview
Time intensive: initial phone screening with HR, then 1-on-1 with the hiring manager, then a performance assessment (2-3 hours), and finally a panel interview. I appreciated the focus on equity during the hiring process—which contributed to the time commitment via performance assessment—and the team's acknowledgement of that time commitment. Typically 10-15 minutes appropriated for a candidate's questions at the end.
