I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jobspring Partners (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
I applied online through my college's career center website and heard back the same day. I set up a phone interview for the next day, and my recruiter called right on time. The interview was brief, but this brief amount of time on the phone led me to believe this was one of the first interviews he had done. I felt like I was interviewing him (asking him questions about the company atmosphere, etc.) more than I was getting interviewed myself.

Question 1
What region of California would you prefer to work in?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Jobspring Partners (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I went in after a phone interview and had a great interview experience. Was interviewed by 2 employees. They explained the job in person and the rewards and challenges there can be in sales as well as the salary model. Seemed like a great work environment.

Question 1
Why do your previous work experiences qualify you for this role?
I applied online. I interviewed at Jobspring Partners (San Jose, CA) in Sept 2014
Interview
Applied online and got a call-back. Had a phone screening with one of the manager, then an in-person interview with 2 managers. Nice people! The provided a lot of detail. However, I just didn't feel Jobspring Partners was the right cultural fit for me. Thus, I decided to not move forward with the process. So I would suggest that people give it a shot and feel out if whether or not it's right for them....doesn't hurt!
