The interview process was long. There was an initial call to let me know I was selected. Then, there was an initial interview for the inital position. They then moved me to interview for a different role. I did two zoom interviews for that one. By then end of the second interview, I was told to expect a test in my email, but it never came. I followed up and then it said I was cut. Overall, too long of a process for such a small company.
