John Crane interview questions

Interview process was structured and straightforward. My first interview was a screening with the manager. Asked me questions about my experience, reasons for job changes and goals. Second toad of interview was on site broken up into 3 parts. One with the girding manager, the second was with HR and the last was with members of the team.

The interview wa online during COVID, they wanted a salary expectation including the car allowance which is hard to estimate given the unknown average milage per month and the unexpected raises in gas price
