A professor of mine sent my resume to a recruiter and he contacted me to conduct a phone interview a few days later. He asked basic questions about my resume and work experience which only took about 30 minutes. Shortly after that (about 2 hours) I was contacted by HR to schedule an on-site interview. They flew me out, made all the travel arrangements for me and made me feel like I was taken care off. The night before the interviews the hiring managers took all the EDP interviewees to a nice steakhouse to get to know us a little better. The actual interview consisted of two rounds with two different interviewers. They asked basic S.T.A.R questions (explain a time when...). It was painless.
