I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at John Deere (Cary, NC) in Sept 2009
Interview
The interview consisted of STAR behavioral questions and lasted about 3 hours. I interviewed with 3 people total. The individuals I interviewed with were very personable and easy to speek with. They were all very informative and made the interview process as comfortable as possible.

I applied through a career fair and did one behavioral, STAR format interview on campus. Then went to headquarters in Moline, IL and did two interviews, same format. They paid for an overnight hotel and travel, and gave us a tour after the interview. Interviews were very friendly and conversational.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at John Deere (Waterloo, IA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Two behavioral interviews each an hour long. First one was with an HR representative the second one was my hiring manager or was my actual supervisor. Very broad behavioral style questions. Interviewers were very nice and it was easy to talk to them. They gave you time to speak and didn't really ask anything difficult.
