Be sure to practice any interview questions using the STAR process religiously. If necessary, state the situation is.. the task was.. the action was.. the result was. Also, be sure to be specific without generalizations and tie it back to cost savings or process steps optimized. Again, no generalizations. Go in confident and just be yourself.
