Met with recruiters at a conference, had an interview on conference site, then 2 weeks later I received an invitation to Moline, IL for an onsite interview. 2 different engineers interviewed me there, plus a tour and lunch to Corporate offices. Received offer 2 weeks later.

All behavioral question and based on your experiences on your resume.
1 hr interview, straight forward. behavioral questions were good, if you prepare would be an easy interview. Panel interview can be a little intimidating but the interviewers were nice. Also Prepare for questions at the end.
Initial phone interview then 2 panel interviews. Panel interviews took a total of 2 hours; each with two different people lasting 1 hour. You are asked to follow the STAR format and give specific situations and how you responded.
