Call from recruiter was just fine! Moved to tech phone round, interviewer gave a speil about he doesn’t like straight forward tech Q&A and wanted to do scenario based questions.. was really confusing to understand the scenario and what I needed to answer, everything would end with ‘how would you Architect this?’ well the scenario was pretty big and not specific, when I tried to answer, would get cut off saying stop! Your digressing! Asked about new SF features that released and just said what about LWC? - no idea what LWC is, maybe giving the full form would have helped - Lightning Component Fraework

First round phone interview. Setup by a staffing agency. Interview was done as scheduled and on time. Did not clear the first round. Horrible interview questions. Unrealistic questiins for a phone conversation. Disrespectful of the candidates time.
