Applied online, passed personality quiz first. Then had a group interview on a table with 4 other candidates, where we were given 10 minutes to answer 5 situational questions. Then we had an individual interview with further situational questions and one about past experience.

A group interview where we were given four scenario based questions. You had 5 minutes to think and note down ideas for yourself, followed by a 15 minute group discussion.

Simple, group assessment. We got given a sheet with four different scenarios and discussed our approaches in groups of four. We then shared our ideas with the rest of the group.
