Interview
Application took me 3 times to get through to interview (emphasise team work and open mindedness). Values test, suruational judgement test work preference test and general application in which i was asked to discuss my achievements.
Interview was 1:1 followed by group assessment. Group assessment included partner profiles and prioritising tasks. All theyre looking for is for every person to speak up and listen to each other and summarise at the end.

Very quick and easy process, whole application process took around 5 days. Application l, situation judgement test, video interview l.
If you get to the final stage, they will send you a link to prepare answers to potential questions they may ask and the will pick 5 to ask out of the options. It was very relaxed and conversational and if you prepare effectively it’s a very easy interview

The interview felt really friendly and relaxed, more like a casual chat than anything too formal. We talked through the role and day-to-day tasks, and they made sure I understood what to expect. It was a comfortable experience overall, and the team seemed genuinely welcoming.

The interview was easy, and they offered me a job after the interview. I had to do some tests before getting the interview, which took time. I tried multiple locations to get the interview. The process was easy, and I could track my application in their system.
