People there are nice and the candidates are from diverse backgrounds. People they invited to interview are friendly and in a good manner. We did an individual assessment first and then followed up by a group assessment.

Question 1
You are in a fashion department, a customer approaches you and asks for your help to select the outfit for an event.
You know all the requirements of the customer and they are making their final decision of a coffee machine. What would you do to encourage them to buy the machine from John Lewis and not other competitors? How do you confirm it is the right product for them?
A family come here to collect their products that they have waited for a month. However, there is only one set left in the stock and it is broken. What would you do?
