Long online process with one final interview over zoom that lasted over an hour. The process online was very similar to any other retailing job and the lady who interviewed me was very nice and kind.

group interview, happened ages ago so I forgot most of it, I think the interview was at afternoon. after the shop closed. it was a group panel one. we got given I think scenarios and what we'd do, I think there were other things but I can't really remember.
The first stage of the interview was in a group. We were given scenarios to discuss. After this we were then taken to separate rooms and interviewed individually. Pleasant experience, however was quite a long time for both parts.
