I had an Assessment centre first with a group of people in branch then we all had an interview with the managers from different departments. They asked basic interview questions about experience and customer service

Had to pass online interview assessment and then was chosen to call in for group assessment with some people out of which had one to one interview mostly ask about availability
hard as we had to give an in person interview and then they asked us lots of questions and then they made us do a practical assesment and then they made us come into the store.
