Very disorganised company when it comes to hiring. I was called by TA to screen for interview and made it clear I lived far from the office. They confirmed that was fine and I was invited to interview. I asked for a reasonable adjustment of having the questions in advance and was denied this. The interview was then postponed 1 minute before it began due to illness (I would have appreciated more notice) and rescheduled. The questions had no set structure, quite conversational but I was asked twice how often I would come to their office. I again stated I don't live close. I waited 13 days for an update. chased twice (once by email and once by phone and the staff member had never even heard of the contact in TA!). finally heard back and the job has changed to be office based 4 days a week. quite chaotic and seems they don't really know what direction they are going in.
