Interview
It was a relatively straight forward interview process regarding resume, licenses and prior experience. Interviewer asked about strengths and weaknesses. They inquired about my reasons for looking for a new position and what I was looking for in the new position.
I am looking to get out of the new position.

Interview
In person interview. Straight forward questions, based on experience and work ethic. Remote work, but must come into office for initial probationary period. Must interview with multiple managers. Pass background and drug test.

Interview
Interview is a mix of basic and behavior questions. Nothing too unusual from a typical interview and lasts about 45 minutes. But the culture/environment overall appears very unwelcoming. No one seemed to have a personality. The receptionist is the only smile I saw while there. Interviewer did not seem forthcoming and failed to fully explain the position when asked.
