Interview
JCI uses internal recruiters to avoid the cost of external resources. They will both post the position on job boards and search LinkedIn (LI). Using LI they will send potential candidates an invitation inmail to contact them if interested. The first screen is a phone screen with the front line HR person. Next moves you to a senior level HR person for validation which determines if you make it to the face to face stage in the process. Once to there offices it is a full day of 6 to 7 people having indiviudal meeting with you lasting approximately 1 hr. At one time they did use external testing, but have eliminated that from the process over the last year or two. In my case there was a second invite to visit and spend time with 3 people who where more senior than the initatial group. Follow up is an offer which entails basic drug screening, etc...
