The interview process was disorganized and poorly managed from the HR side. Communication was unclear and, at times, misleading — I was given an incorrect reason for an interview update, and when I sought clarification, my messages were simply ignored. It’s rare to see such unprofessional behavior in a organization. The technical rounds were fine, but the HR coordination turned what could have been a smooth experience into a frustrating one.
Advice to Management:
HR should uphold transparency and basic professional courtesy during candidate interactions. Clear, honest communication goes a long way in maintaining a company’s reputation.
