It was a walk-in. First round was technical. Second was managerial plus technical. Third was managerial. Fourth was HR. And the end of day they told me to submit documents. I submitted them the next day. After 15 days of telling me they are going to release offer they tell me that I have to face another interview for other project. This round was telephonic with US clients. After this they called me again for face to face interview. Gave this interview too cleared it. They gave me salary breakup but didn't release offer letter yet. It's been nearly 1 month since I gave my first interview.

They start with a brief overview of their company and how a regular day looka like with them. Then they go ahead with a few questions about your background and the different skills you learned that relates to the jobs. Lastly, they finish with a couple questions to test those skills. Interview is more of an open conversation. Interviewers are nice people, really.
