Interview
My interview just held for 10 min. She asked me that after passing out, why I worked into other profiles other than my experience in BA. She did not asked me any questions related to BA. She just went through the resume and told me to leave.
Too unprofessional behavior. If you can judge a candidate just by going through CV, and if their CV doesn't interest you, then don't call them for interview. Candidates invest their time and money for interviews. If you don't like their CV, don't call them for interview rather reject their application.
It was simple and smooth, starts with a technical round and then ends at a business round. Overall the process is simple and smooth. Onboarding time was fast as well

The initial round went smoothly, but the technical round posed some challenges. Despite the difficulty, all interviews were conducted professionally. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciate the professionalism displayed throughout the process.
