Interviewed with HR than two members of the department. Talking to the department members they kept asking the same questions. I know what I was talking about, but the same thing over and over was annoying. Honestly by the end of the interview I did not want to work with these people.

First was a technical round
Then manager round
Then one with the director
For the technical round most of the questions were based from the resume

Was recruited, went through a lengthy interview process, and never heard back from anyone even the recruiter. Not an appropriate way to handle the recruiting process, especially when I took 4 hours of my time to talk to them about what they were looking for.
