Interview
3 Rounds of Interview
1st - Recruiter - Usually asks generic questions to know whether the candidate is a good fit.
2nd - Hiring Manager - Asks detailed questions about how the candidate fits as a designer and more about understanding background and experience.
3rd - Designer/Team Interview - This round has 5-6 designers based on the role applied. This is a more intense round as the candidate will be presented with multiple questions on their journey and explaining one of their favorite projects.

Interview
The recruiters are cold! I have several years experience, not only in UX but in smart home security. The recruiter rushed me off the phone and they rejected me for 5 UX positions at once because I told the recruiter I was negotiable about salary. I guess not giving a firm answer so they can low ball you equals declined.
