just about strength and endurance, asking about common sense and if you could work long hours. you will meet with the safety captain and some of the bosses, there are a few, you will be tested on math and measuring and a lot of common sense. there is more technical questions than i would have imagined. you are given quizzes and worksheets and it takes about 4 to 8 hours to complete.
