Invited to a first interview the week after the application closing date. The interview lasted about 40 minutes and was conducted by a Learning & Development Manager and a Business Advisory Manager (who had previously been through the placement process). They describe the first interview as an informal discussion. Successful candidates were invited for a second interview the following week in which they had to present their findings on a previously assigned issue relevant to the company - this stage was conducted by two managers. Based on the second interview, offers were made for placement positions in the following week.
