Casual yet Formal. Depending on the number of applicants; the timeframe of how long the interview will last depends. It could be for hours or half an hour. They will ask you simple questions, just don't be nervous in answering them.
Situational questions where you describe what you would do in certain situations and how you would solve problems. Also asked for examples of past experiences dealing with teams or customers. Asked about availability.

Interviewer was nice and very approachable. They are accommodating in answering my inquiries about the job especially since I'm applying only a part time. Quite nerve wracking at first but i was able to communicate well with the interviewer.
