Upon arrival, the store managers were not previously aware of my interview. One was randomly assigned to interview me, at which point they asked me a number of questions. This process was very brief and likely took up the better half of a 30-minute encounter.

It was great and they were quite friendly. It was face-to-face and the staff asked about my experience on customers or any skills that could be related to the customer-service field.
