Pre-recorded video interview. Was a very odd process, maybe i'm just oldschool but as a candidate an interview is just as much about whether I believe the team/company would be a fit for me as the other way around. Felt very impersonal which was extra suprising for a HR role. Second round interview was in person, and was pretty average. I didn't feel that it was a good fit for me, so I withdrew prior to the next interview.
