Jones Knowles Ritchie Design Director interview questions

I had an initial interview for the Design Director role. The conversation was casual and friendly, more of an exploratory chat than a formal interview. We mainly discussed my past experience, design background, and the types of projects I’ve led. It felt more like a conversation to gauge fit and interest, and a walkthrough my portfolio. Overall, a positive experience and a good first impression of the team. I never heard back from the interview.
