I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Did a phone interview. Then went through a nightmare process with a staffing company to actually be able to come on site. Then I came in to walk and talk with the Chief Engineer. Walked the property so he could get a feel of what I knew and can do. I then got my start date.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (East Hanover, NJ)
Interview
The interview process was not a good one. It was kinda all over the place from the first day i started. The person interviewing me ( who is no longer working on site because THEY finally found out he has NO Idea how to manage people) had no idea what questions to ask, I basically just talked about me and filled out paper work and completed training packets to show i knew what i was talking about.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Washington, DC) in Jul 2012
Interview
Walk through of property and sit down with chief engineer and a office visit with property management. Given basic test on electrical knowledge and HVAC. Toured penthouse and other base building locations.
