Interview
Proceeded all the way to final interviews and was told to wait to hear back from the local property manager. Never heard back from the property manager. Contacted the recruiter to follow up. She said she would contact the property manager and I never heard back.

Interview
Quick and efficient. Multiple rounds of interview process. Curious about work experience and what you've learned through each of your experiences. Overall a relatively standard interview. Online interview process also.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle in Oct 2022
Interview
After several rounds of interviews (around 7 or 8 interviews in total!!), the company just completely ghosted me - no response whatsoever to any of my attempts at communicating with them. After what seemed like a few relatively "successful" interviews, where the feedback was seemingly quite positive and a nearly daily exchange of emails with the hiring manager and HR, they suddenly "disappeared" off the face of the Earth. I admit that during my years as a working professional, this has never happened to me and I am quite perplexed. This just shows incompetence as well as a complete lack of professionalism and of respect. It's somewhat disappointing as I imagined that a company their size would be at least somewhat better in how they deal with their recruiting process. Anyhow, that says a lot about JLL's corporate culture, so the way I see it, I dodged a bullet.
