Three rounds of interviews. 1st interview was with two associates asking basic questions about background, experience and interest in real estate. 2nd interview was with two more team members. Straightforward questions and no technicals. 3rd interview was with the managers/directors. This interview was more pointed and I had multiple questions digging into specific work experience along with follow up questions. I was not given an excel test, but I have been told that some candidates are asked to perform one. Overall, the process was straightforward and the interviewers were nice. From application through the interviews to the final rejection took about 5 weeks. With each step occurring at about a one week interval.
