Initial phone screening with HR. Followed by formal interview with the team over zoom, final interviews with in office/person. Personal connections are huge here, help expedite the process tremendously, do not just cold apply.

The process was smooth got an email back with a date to schedule a introductory call. Call was smooth and seemed like I would go on to the next round, however there was a sudden change in decision.
