Jostens interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiting agency who then shared my resume with Jostens and said they were eager to speak with me. On the call, the interviewer spent most of the conversation pointing out negatives - questioning my career moves, raising concerns I might not like the travel, and even remarking “you’re not a young consultant anymore.” I was then ghosted without any follow-up. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional.
