It was 3 interview rounds, one with a hiring manager, one with two future colleagues, one with my future manager. Hiring manager asked basic questions, second round was a little more technical and getting a culture fit.

Initial phone screen, in person panel interview, 2nd in person panel interview where I was given homework assignment to build and present a process diagram and Business Analyst work products at the 2nd panel interview.
One of my questions - are you looking to hire a Business Analyst /Project Manager and calling it an Implementation Consultant so you don’t have to pay for two roles?

Had a phone interview first, then an in-person interview that included puzzles, riddles, and personality feelers. They will inquire about your technology background. Also they want to know your travel availability.
